This is not working at all, unfortunately.

First off, you're better off never using a drop shadow effect in a logo, let alone a font.

That ampersand sticks out like a sore thumb. It's just gets in the way and doesn't bring anything good.

That drop by itself would make a far better logo than all the rest. Did you make it yourself?
