I like the bee symbol enough, but the typography leaves me kind of 'meh'

I'm bothered by three things: the letters slightly overlapping, the font itself.... and I guess I don't like the one z being smaller either.

It seems like that snappy little bee symbol should have a zippier font to go with it- something younger/fresher feeling.

Last thing, would you consider moving the bee or positioning it somewhere else!? It almost looks kind of haphazardly placed!?!

But I DO like the symbol- and I don't mind the colors but what 2423 said might be correct about it being slightly hard to read!?
