I design this myself for my small new company of sublimation Cameo.
Ouch. This is really not looking good. This is actually everything you shouldn't do when creating a logo or a word mark.
Way too many twirls and details make the whole thing barely readable and down right ugly. These twirls look like clip arts.
The colors look like you just picked an ugly preset gradient from whatever software you use to do this.
NEVER EVER use the drop shadow or the blur effect. It's cheap and amateurish.
But unfortunately, the whole logo looks really amateurish. You got a lot of work to do and stuff to learn to be a decent designer. Always start to sketch ideas on paper. It's only after a while, when you know exactly where you're going that you can start using Illustrator to execute your idea. Graphic design softwares are only tools, they're not a logo dispensers.
