Carolina Hurricanes secondary logo proposal.

Brief from client
Franchise is seeking a secondary logo for a shoulder patch that will be used on their hockey sweaters.
Two warning flags inside " H " is the international warning for a hurricane. " Black " C " is for Carolina. This is a second proposal done in straight geometrical versus my first one.

Not sure how to rate this, you did a good job tying the C, H and hurricane flags together in one element, however because of the colors (which you can't get away from) the whole thing vibrates like an optical illusion and makes it hard to look at. Maybe if you used a CMYK red in the team color rather than the bright RGB off red magenta like color you have here it might lessen that affect, but probably not much.
Way too jarring and busy. There's no clear message here.
