Your design says more "panaderia" than"Salsas picantes".

Take a look at some salsa logos like Old El Paso, Pace, Tostitos, and Chi-Chi's. All of them say "pica-pica!". See? that's the trend. If you put your logo next to those I mention, people will give second thought to your salsas just because of your logo.

Give yourself more freedom and think about something less formal and more wild.

I dont like this one. Go back to working with version 4. Just fix the colors and tighten up the spacing between your type.

This version makes me want to interlock that castle on top of the T like a puzzle piece.
