for my exam I have to propose a logo for a coffee bar. Their core values are genuine, excellent and delicious.
If a choice has to be made which logo 1: coffee next to it 2: with the sieve carrier. Feedback is always welcome!

These are different worlds. Not really easy for us to assess because there are at least 2 separate logo ideas here. Please separate for a better assessment.
To make things a bit more confusing for you. Logo 1's brand name needs some kerning work. The "espressobar" portion is larger than the bounds of the brand name itself and feels too large and doesn't really square up visually. The coffee cup feels out of place with the typography.
Logo 2 needs more kerning work too, and the sieve carrier is not squared off with the "espressobar." Actually I would use the font from #1's brand name here. Then adjust the weighting of the second line.
I like sleek and modern design you've done. Also, your logo is really eye-catching.
Efficient use of space.
But I feel lack of seating options, workspace is limited and branding integration is inadequate a bit
