This is way to busy and way to clip arty
Font choice is poor
Leaf with water is not needed
split the tag line off into two lines

i agree with josh, it's too busy and it does look like you just added 2 clip art pieces to this. the tree has too many things going on. the leaf with water, not sure what is going on there, but basically everything josh said, i agree with.
too complex, but... not too good for "A" and tree overlap...
maybe tree little left, or right - overlap in "P"
Why dont you just keep de C (leaf) our the A (tree). Thouse 2 symbols together are to much!
