This concept is more modern but less descriptive.............
I think this version is cleaner, simpler, and more indicative of the city itself. Having been there myself, that bridge, when entering from the south or from any good vantage point, is pretty iconic looking and insurance is pretty self explanatory.
Also, I loved your TV show. ;)
First one isn't good for all sorts of reasons, you should focus on refining the second one.
The subtext is too small compared to the main text. I didn't see the bridge in the A at first, it kind of looked like a tent to me. See if you can make it more clear. It's definitely the right style.
