I think the 3 is too subtle if that was part of the goal here. I just read it as "Cloud" with the rest of the cloud shape. And that in turn makes "cloud" off center from "design."

I think I didn't see the 3 because I am used to threes having a larger bottom than top, this has a larger top than bottom. I see more of a half butterfly than a three.
