Brief from client
CloudCRM is a Agronomic CRM System.
The client wants a clean and meaningful logo that explain what his business is.
New version:
- Changed the arrow possitions.
- Added gloss to the symbol.
- CRM is no orange.
- Removed the rounded corner of the up arrow.
- Inner corners are now rounded.
- General shape refactor.

I don't like the way the cloud shape is complete. Perhaps try leaving some gaps between where the two shades of green connect with one another?
Nice colours though, and I like the idea. The typeface is okay.

The main approach for the cloud of being a closed shape is that it represents the security of the cloud...

I like where this is going, but it's not finished yet.
The symbol really needs fine tuning. First off, the right side is thicker than the left, which put the whole thing off balance. Do not hesitate to use the Pathfinder tool, it's super convenient.
Also, the cloud is a bit too symmetrical for my test. Maybe you could try to do something a bit closer than the basic cloud icon, with the right wider right circle. Right now, it looks a bit look like a muffin =) But maybe that's just me.
I'm not really feeling the placement of ".tech" It makes the logo a bit right heavy. In my experience, I usually avoid having this kind of extension (.com, .net, .org, etc.) in the logo. It's superfluous.

The Full Name of the Business is CloudCRM Technologies, they already own the domain cloudcrm.tech. So they requested to add .tech instead of the whole Technologies.
I don't know how I feel about the extra flair you added on this version (the rounded inside corners especially). I think the "crease" you added to the center of the arrow is unnecessary.
