Text at the bottom is too small.

Co traditionally stands for Company, so you've got many years of convention to overcome before anyone reads this as you want to.

Also, liking a colour is a pretty weak rationale for choosing a colour.
I'm not saying they will, but what if all your potential customers don't like orange?

The words 'Drawing Board' and 'Back' spring to mind.

you are right about co, but in Italy, where I'll work, co is simply co and could be a lot of things. Italians, believe me, don't think immediately about company.

I like this logo. But the it's leaning too much on the left. Try to center the whole symbol with the text. The subtext is indeed too small and the kerning is way off.

Nothing says "thinking in the box" more than having your agency called "thinking out of the box". It looks nice, but the idea is dead in the water.

Your logo is really nice!, The compositios between the C and O is cute and the use of orange brings a good contrast and good psicologic topic.

I'm just not a fan of the text under the CO-Graphic, because is so tiny and can't be readable in many ocations.

Try remove it or make more bigger.
