It's not bad. My first impression is to get rid of the subtext, as well as the coffee beans in the Os. Or at the very least, remove the fill color inside them.
The image is a bit weak. It looks more like a teacup than a coffee pot. The shading and everything is nice, this is definitely well polished. I would simply advise going in and fixing a few things.
This logo has potential. The symbol looks fun but needs some more tweaking. It's a bit left heavy, I would try to even things out. The 3 strokes on the right are rushed and are way too obviously duplicated. Spend some more time on them.
I agree that the coffee beans in the word mark aren't working. First it's really gimmicky. There must be hundreds of coffee related logos with the exact same idea. On top of that, it just complicates the whole thing and makes the word mark fight for attention with the symbol.
The two fonts don't compliment each other at all. Plus, the main one is a bit too close from Comic Sans for comfort.
