Concept Tara

So.... A few things. First, My biggest problem is the symbol... What is it? I truthfully don't know what I'm looking at. At first I thought it was a bird with multiple beaks. Probably not accurate.

Second, I would get rid of the gradients. These days, gradients just look tacky. I would also get rid of the two tone colors in TARA, just make them all a single, flat color.

I do like the font for Concept and TARA, but the whole thing just needs to be re-formatted, and the symbol needs to be more clear.

I agree with the above, there's definitely a disconnect between the logo and the company's intent. I don't know what it's about from looking at this. Some refinement is needed as well.
