Interesting approach I like the direction but I'd work on simplifying the typography and making the 'Ns' read more like Ns (maybe less like profiles). Also, the 'hr' on the end is getting lost and 'connected' has become the focal point of the logotype. If that is what you want, then you are successful. If not, work the 'hr' back into the focal point of your piece.
