Brief from client 

A sub brand for the Cornish tourist board which promotes the most exclusive elements to visit within the county (SW England).

I don't think the logo depicts the high end feel that you're going for. The C casually hanging off of another C gives me the feeling of something that fell apart or isn't stable, especially given that it seems to be balancing on a circle. The middle part of the main logo also looks similar to the CBS logo. There are some kerning issues in the type as well. I like what you're going for, I just think this idea may not be the best solution.
