The biggest issue, for me, is the font. It's pretty basic and predictable. There are plenty of curvy, cursive fonts out there that would probably benefit this logo and make it stand out more. I like how the word Crafty connects with the yarn ball, and I feel like you could continue that idea throughout the rest of the logo. Get creative with it! It could be a neat way to lead the eye across the text as well making the logo pretty unique :)
