I'm not sure about the symbol here. Maybe I'm missing something but it seems like the shapes make up interesting negative spaces that I can't make out. It's certainly an interesting shape, but I think it's confusing too. I like the color combination, but I would simplify.

It just doesn't work for me. 'CREA' part is too busy (and ugly) and barely readable. Typography for 'IDEA' part is fine but with a poor execution (kerning & spacing). Serif typography just clashes with the CREA part.
Colors are fine but logo needs work.

I like use of circles in word CREA, also IDEA typhography is contrasting with it's classic form and colors are OK
