Workout programs are designed to enhance competency at all physical tasks including: Mobility, Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.

Reflect the company goals for their customer, as strenght, speed, balance, accuracy using the crosswalk sign. The selection of a girl is to built confidence and change from the body builder guy to a sexy healthy and strong girl, and part of the training is lifting a truck tire.
