I like the colors (mostly because I'm a sucker for red and black) but not a big fan of the symbol. It looks very generic and is WAY too big! The font is also not too great, if you have a symbol already your font doesn't have to be stylized. But in this case, I would take out the symbol and just work with the font itself, trying to make something clever out of it.

It doesn't work. It's totally out of balance. The symbol doens't suggest anything particular (it could be used for any other product related to women)
