The company will work with new companies or companies that are just now getting to the web. The idea is to "shyft" to the cyber world.
I've gone in and done some fine tuning, I also turned the arrow to an out line. It's suppose to be the up arrow on the shift key of the keyboard. do you think removing the fill makes it feel too light?

The idea is good, but I need to polish more the symbol. The arrow is somewhat "flattened", i think. Try to remove the arrow from the center.
The symbol is a bit too massive. You need to find a good balance between it and the word mark.
Other than that, it's a major step up since version 1. I think I prefer the plain black shift symbol, though.

Nice structural improvements, but I also prefer the solid inner arrow. =)
