You need to spend more time on the symbol. It's not saying anything right now.
The color is way too "acid", especially on a white background.
The font is ok.
Globally, this is not a really exciting logo.
i think the color is "too acid" because it is uploaded in CMYK and not in RGB.

Agree with the acid comments, and it should really be effective in cmyk and rgb. The biggest problem for me is the fact that the CT symbol doesn't even have the bottom of the 'C' joined to the top of the 'T' which seems like a golden opportunity lost and ultimately a sloppy job.
I'd start again with a concept.
I like the type style and the idea, you can fix the symbol or come up with a more interesting concept tech companies have a lot of elements to work with or incorporate into a logo so maybe have a little fun on the next one!
the color could be a little better you will have cmyk / rgb applications so i would adjust to such.
