It’s a school of dance in Italy, the name is Progetto Danza (Dance Project).

Maybe you could explain what's the idea behind, why is the hexagon? is it pon pon girls' skirt look from bottom?

Other than the ribbon, everything else very robotic, I would prefer the concept can be more feminine. You can consider put in red or even pink. This is an interesting project.
