The second "a" contains two horizontal thin white lines otherwise, it's ok.
I think it is a colorful, and modern-look logo.
The 3 colors symbolize the R-G-B color? If not, I feel the red color a little bit more powerful than the 2 other colors, maybe use a pastel-color instead.
Maybe if you scale down the logo for use on small surfaces, you'll be modify the 3 words at the right otherwise they can't be visible.
The only critique I have is that I didn't see the 'D' until I went back and read the title, maybe scale would help. I Agree with kisspolo on the small type, something to think about.
