Very Flashy and cool in my book!
Might want to think about the application with your name part of the design for better understanding as a whole, with out the name you have no idea what the company does based off the symbol. But overall pretty bad a$$ Symbol

This looks sharp and neat but not really as a logo. Or at it's at least a developed version of the logo. I'd like to see the version without any effects, reflections and all that nice but superfluous fancy stuff. The kind of version you would use a b's card and other stationaries.

Really nice for say a motion graphic, but as a usable logo it still stands as a bit too complex (Imagine printing this logo in small sizes for example). As Shawali already pointed out, let's see a flattened 2d version!
