First off just removing the embossing and gradient will make it look much more modern. Using a sans serif font for "Royal Rankings" may also help. I think detaching the crown may help distinguish the logo a bit more as well.

Looks a little too much like the Ruffino Wine logomark.

Sorry but this is not working for at all.

Globally, it looks like a cheap logo for lower grade hotel in the 70's. It has that very annoying faux luxurious look and feel that says a lot about where the brand stands in terms of quality. And it doesn't say anything nice, unfortunately.

It feels very poorly thought through, the lack of research, inspiration and sketching is blatant. And that cheap bevel & emboss effect makes the whole think look amateurish. Pro-tip: stay away from these types of effects. You might think it makes whatever you are working on cool, but it fact, it does the extract opposite.

Finally, the Arabic text seems to have been added at the last minute as the poor choice of font and the fact that the bevel & emboss filter doesn't apply to it might suggest. Again, a clear sign of amateurism.

You need to work a whole lot more to hone your skills before launching whatever digital agency. This is definitely not up to par with what real pros would do.

I hope I'm not being too harsh. Just keep on working, get inspired, try and fail and try again. You can only win the end. But it takes time.

I would have to say hit the drawing board again. If you really want to use the double Rs pick a font that you like and really pick apart that R until you are so familiar with it then something will come together.
