I read Du the fox. You might want to slightly modify that J.

Besides that, it doesn't look too bad.

I think the J is readable just fine. But it wouldn't hurt to lower the left part a bit. Aside from that I'm getting a QR code type feel about this. It looks good on apparel so far.

Good Job! the apparel looks great! i read it as DJ but to make it more obvious that its a "J" just reduce the left hand side slightly
