Brief from client 

Local client wants something familiar, iconic with a new twist to launch a campaign against kids being killed on a road by drank drivers.

i'm not fond of the font, i don't think the color works with the handicap symbol, overall it's not very readable.

not much of a twist though...that handicap symbol already exists, to me the text needs to be maybe bigger.

I only see a person with disabilities and I see no sense of what you want to express with this logo.

It is not working. I could tell that you have combined a glass of wine with the handicap symbol, but that does not make it a logo. you need to research more.

I just want to point out-the danger of drinking and driving isn't handicap or minor injury, it's the risk of killing yourself or others. Illustrating a harsher point with this logo would serve you well.

Okay, with this logo I saw...
What a handicapped symbol from the Jetsons would look like. Look at his rocket powered wheelchair! This is rad.
