I don't know, I like the robot (but needs more contrast for logo use) but I have no idea what the company does other than read cease and desist letters from GE for being too close to their 'Bringing Ideas to Light' tag line.

There are to many styles for one logo. You have the photo real egg shell, the cartoon robot and then the flat colour text. They don't work together. Try executing it all in one style.

Also the text isn't very readable and because you've tucked it so far behind the robot and egg I feel like I might be missing another letter or two behind them.

You've managed to execute the robot so well as an illustration so you shouldn't be having these problems with assembling the rest of the parts.

Hi. The original logo has a lamp inside the egg... than Peter ask me to put the robot, but he saw that the robot doesnt work...

This is to much cartoon...
I can almost hear the robot saying : "Hey kids, come play with me !".... It would maube fit for a kindergarder.
The egg is nice, the robot is nice... but they don't fit together.

The robot is a stock image. You can't use somebody else's work in a logo!
