This is very cute but unreadable, unfortunately...

That D looks too much like a J. And those fancy ornaments on the Y and S disrupt the baseline.

I'm also not a fan of the duplicated fumes above the cup. It clashes with the organic aspect of the rest.

You're onto something really cool. Keep it up.

I agree with the comment above. Symbol is very interesting, but you should work on the typography. I`ve tried Mission script font, maybe it would fit better?

I agree with the above, lose the steam and change the type. I am not certain what a flower has to do with a coffee shop or a kitchen for that matter. I think this logo needs to start over with a new concept. If she wants a feminine look, use more of a demitasse rather than a mug.

I thought you misspelled Icy's Kitchen at first! Must change the type- cute isn't cute if it doesn't work. Ditch the star in the letter i (real cheesy) and the steam lines above the cup. As earlier stated they are to stiff compared to the symbol. I'm on the fence about the flower and the 1/2 filled cup- I don't hate it, but I don't know if it has anything to do with coffee or food??? Once the other parts are fixed, address that. Good luck.

I myself am wondering why the cup is filled halfway like that. If anything, I would create a shape of liquid that obeys the laws of gravity.
