Same as my last comment, no concept, poor typography and looks like you're ripping off O2. The only thing different is that you have used a capital "L"

Still not good enough. You definitely need to rethink your approach to this and try to come up with a more original idea and better execution.

i think its a very weird brief that u have got to work with ;(
