Ear, nose and throat specialist logo

You're certainly ticking the "ENT" boxes, but it may be a little too literal. Like the colours a lot, but the type isn't great.. line spacing is a little tight and the kerning too wide (uppercase lettering may have worked better?). The additional medical symbol on the left seems tacked-on and out of place, almost makes it look like the face is taking a bite out of it, which is reinforced by the negative space.

The symbol is way too literal and overly complicated. As a rule of thumb, don't add another logo to the actual logo, especially when it's a clip art. That caduceus has nothing to do here really.

Now I like what you did with that subtle illustration of a nose, throat and ear. A bit too literal as it's been pointed out, ut very graceful nonetheless. You should focus on this part and try to keep the whole thing simple.

The font choice, I'm not a fan of. Very bland, it looks like the default font on illustrator. Check this cool site out: www.fontsinuse.com. You'll see some cool font combination. And here are a few sites where you can download some free professional grade types: www.losttype.com www.fontsquirell.com www.dafont.com (be very careful with this one, there are some cool stuffs there but a lot of crap too)
