The kerning needs some work here, e.g. the EAS part the letters are touching eachother.
for me this is not an agency logo. i see a sunset at the sea here so I associate this with vacation and travelling.
The water looks rather like a worm.
I have to agree with Oscar on this one. The kerning is a bit off on the EAS, but the rest of the logo with the sun looks fantastic. I love the choice of colors as well. The branding really looks more like a clothing company or something, and not so much an agency.
Overall it is a great concept that was well executed, I just don't think It accurately depicts what you are trying to brand.
