Brief from client
They need a simple logo understandable for people in Ecuador easy to remember with the colors of our flag.
This was for an governmental institution to spreed the word of a new program to give every single person in Ecuador the opportunity to use a computer with internet.

I think the idea is good, but it would work better if it wasn't 3D. The effect distracts from the meaning and the idea.

I think if you modify the 2d version, there may be a good final logo from this.
The typo is not really readable.
I saw it too tightly typography and thin, for the great idea.
