If this were more of a concept for a 3-D sign in front of the restaurant and not just a printed logo, I'd be on board. Like if it were a wooden sign for "El Camarron" with the shrimp, but then a real life preserver hanging behind it- I think that'd be swell, but as a regular logo I think it's too complicated.

I love how you did the shrimp, I think it's really well done- could you lose the life buoy and just make the shrimp more prominent to the logo? And is the blue bit of text essential? Either way, I like the yellow font that you chose, but overall I'd just try to simplify it a bit! I hope we get to see more versions!!

It's a funny logo, but I'd remove the shrimp or the buoy. Having the 2 at the same time is too complicated.

I write in spanish in my first time.

El camarón está genial. Desde mi perspectiva sobra "TACOS DE CAMARÓN" pues es redundante y complica la atención, y el salvavidas distrae, yo lo reduciría a sólo el dibujo del camarón y el texto "El camarrón" lo haría con el estilo azul del otro texto.
