Sorry~ but I really really dislike web 2.0 graphics.

I won't be the only one to ask you to please get rid of the highlight/gradient/shadow/plastic outline stuff.

Tilting the text for com.ve doesn't work either.

I would like to see this with the text the color of the outline... "com.ve" in the purple or other complimentary color below it and not tilted.

Just keep it simple.. no effects. Regular sized dot.. etc.

Once you have it normal looking, you can go from there : )

Typography has potential but I see you are struggling with the creative idea. Slapping some web 2.0 reflections/gradients is not the idea nor solution.
You need good idea first that can work without any cheap embellishments.
