Hard to read. Too many fonts here--I count at least 3. Too many colors. Not counting the gradient, there are 7 colors here--pick 2 (maybe 3). Look at this icon when it's very small, you can't read the text in the blue "smile." The word "ENCURSO" is not legible with the seemingly random white spaces filled with color and gray. Actually because of that, it reads "BvOLRSO." I really can't comment on the idea or symbol as we don't really have a brief from the client to start from.
