1. Wheres is the type?
2. I don't see the concept of "endless"
3. I don't see the concept of "energy"
3. What is the "pin" supposed to represent? A petal? An abstracted water drop?
I tried looking into the negative space but I can't see anything that resembles any of the concepts of "endless" and "energy".
I do like the fact that it has a visual vector pointing to the top right, both of those vectors convey "positive", "ahead", "forward", etc...
The execution of the mark is impeccable. Fixing the issues I mentioned above can make this idea even better.
Im sorry but a logo, for me, doesn't always have to communicate the name and purpose of a company.
For example look at logos by Saul Bass or Paul Rand, can you tell what any of the companies are called or what they do from the logo? If you can its probably because you recognize the logo for its fame.
For a small local company its always nice to include some meaning into the logo. But for a large corporate company you should be looking more towards something that is well executed, clean and memorable. (I am not saying my logo is but this would be what I am taking into consideration when improving)
Few more examples to take into consideration: IKEA, IBM, APPLE, even macdonalds.
You are right the icon is only meant to represent "positive", "ahead", "forward". If I could disclose more information about the company it would have probably been helpful but I am unable to disclose information at this time.
I'm on the opposite side, for me a logo should always communicate the name and purpose of a company.
Regarding Saul's and Paul's logos, very few of their logos have the same issues I referred to in my comment, they don't communicate what the company does or is. But most of their logos actually DO communicate what the companies are an do. Then you add the 'fame' factor and it just enhances what we already perceive from the logos themselves.
If a large company should look more towards something that is well executed, clean and memorable... why can't a small company do the same? I don't think the size of company should decided how well executed, clean and memorable their logo could be.
Regarding the IKEA, IBM and APPLE logos, they suffered the same problem: didn't communicate what the company was or did. But they overcame that problem with longevity and marketing, so today those issues don't matter. If your design can overcome that just like they did, right on. I'm sure it can, no question about that.
Even though, as it is, the mark doesn't fully convey the ideas of "endless" or "energy" yet, it's certainly memorable, you nailed that part.
Admittedly, the Evil Geniuses logo and yours are amazingly similar. You might want to check about brand rights and stay on the safe side.
Thanks for the feedback people, I will take all into consideration.
As for Pushkin72 down-voting on type (when there clearly isn't any) I think he should be barred from critique when he uploads stuff like the below, I am tying to decide if he is just an internet troll.

I like it. Even though it looks like the location pin.
Nice.
Love it! Love the simplicity. Nicely done!
Where is 'endless'?
I prefer not to vote than vote negative.
The color, I like.

There will be type, I am still working on that.

I'm glad you didn't use an infinity symbol BTW.
Same here, I don't see energy or endless here.
But looks real great. Was it inspired by EG?
Heh, I just created it that way, I did not look for inspiration its just the way it went, but now I see this I can see how you might think that! :)

I can't help but agree with you, even if I know little about a long time user. From what I do know, this person's actions are nothing but juvenile.
why not try to use the infinity symbol as a double mirrored "e"
nice idea :)
Simple, effective, great job.
