I like the egg idea, but it's not working here. It doesn't look like a craked shell.

Don't try do make some light coming out of the egg. This will not work on printing even if it look good on screen... But it doesen't even look good now.

You need to leave some space around everything.... and word on your allignements.

Is that a thin cloud or an egg cracking?? I'm lost with this one. I also hate the font for the name of the company and tag line.... this is worse than the last! And that reflection? Why??

I think the original worked better than this one..
It looks like the crack is a weird cloud ?
