Sorry to give red all across the board- but I don't think this works. The esdesign font is fine I guess, but the main font isn't working for me- it's too hard to even tell what it is or that it's an 'e' and an 's'.
The gradient also has to go- I'm REALLY sorry to sound harsh but it kind of looks like a logo that someone would make two minutes after discovering what the gradient tool does.

I'd sit down with a pen and paper and just start jotting down ideas that exemplify who you are as a designer and start over on something that's more personal, more unique and far more aesthetically pleasing!

it is rude to make such jokes. I have sensitive eyes, you know ?
No gradiend , no burning colors no such font. The elementar shapes are used incorrect.....make it simple and use a different colors for the fonts.....
