Really cool idea. Unfortunately, the end result fails to deliver.

The composition would deserve a red thumb also. I would avoir putting the .gr, as it throws off the whole balance.

The symbol looks like it's been done in 5 min and the gradient look really amateurish.

The color are very dark and depressing. Looks like it's a company to book rooms in prison =)

Agreed about the subtle but visible gradient. A slight splash of color could help it come to life a bit. Try yellow for the sand in the symbol.

I like the keyhole/hourglass combination. I would spend time refining it a bit, primarily where the sand trickles down. Tone down the waviness of the sand a little bit too (but not too much, as it adds a bit of character). After all, it's sand. Not water!

Lastly, give the text a better typeface. The current version looks very dated. Give it its own line, too (or center the text and the symbol altogether).
