Brief from client
I redesigned this logo, its for a stevedore company in honduras called ESTIR, Can you help me with your opinion to know which one looks better?
This company discharge containers from bouts in a port.

Ok the colors are just to bland and the font doesn't work for me. Also the container or piece of wood is way to web looking. The crane doesn't work with the T either. Try making the font bigger for the text under ESTIR as well.

This is too literal.
If you are going this direction - try an iconic logo. A strong simple graphic version of a crane (or something that has to do with their industry).
Think about your colors and font choice- does green describe this company? Doesn't seem like it to me.
Take a look at their competitor's logos as a jumping off point.

No. Look for other stevedore's logos. See what they do, that's gonna help you a lot in your design.
