Evidence is a social conversion platform. The main benefit we provide our customers is that our software turns more visitors into leads, and more leads into customers. We do this by publicly displaying to website visitors the positive actions being taken by other site visitors around them (i.e. new opt-ins, webinar registrations, booked appointments, purchases, contracts signed, etc.)

Interesting. I usually am no fan of replacing a character with the symbol, but in this case I can see this work.
But if you have the symbol in the word mark, don't have it on top. It's redundant. What does it say better having it twice, in 2 different orientation might I had, than it does already when there's only one? For me, it just complicates a logo that could be real nice and simple.
