Hi there.
This is waaaay too complicated. You tried to cram way too many ideas in one logo. You need to simplify drastically.
You have 4 main things going on here, which is 3 too many:
- The tricked ou X
- The stroked out font
- The i as a tree/plant.
- The super gimmicky "Xperience" spelling.
Add to that the terrible gradients and the dark blue background which makes the logo unreadable. Especially for a psychology business, it's better if the logo doesn't give people a headache ;)
Remember that a logo should be simple and memorable. The logo as whole should leave a lasting impression and not every individual sign and symbol you put in there. A logo should be simple but not simplistic, it can be complex but not complicated.
