This thing would certainly not work for a mobile app. A mobile app logo should be one piece of icon that works even without a text.
The vectorised compass is ridiculous and the dashed line arrow is childish.
There are too many objects stuffed to this "logo", it's too crowded. Choose one symbol and take the time to work it out well. Than choose one font type that works with the symbol. Don't use 2 kinds of fonts.
