I think it would be helpful to resolve the weird meeting of the bottom of "y" and the semi circles left sharp corner. There's some monkey business going on there.

And I'd loose the shadow.

The logotype looks good, but as my collegue "Sensed" already said you'll should resolve the weird meeting of the bottom of "y" and the semi circles left sharp corner and remove the shadow.
