wow, i can see clearly; strongness and union in the isotype of this logo, nevertheless i can't believe that all the logo was from a Security company for labor camp, will be necesary some modifications, you can use the color and typography in your favor.

The icon is effective in symbolizing strength and unity, it reminds me of a link. The colors work well together and i like the simple design. The repetition of the icon links in the words "stronger" and "together" are great and really tie it all together.
