Not really that much of an original concept, sorry to say. I don't read "Good" first in terms of hierarchy, my eye goes straight to the red "Fast." I don't mind the san serif caps on the top and bottom line. However, the script in the middle seems disconnected and does not sit well within the overall layout. The lines on the top and bottom don't really make too much sense to me either. The colors are relatable to a stop light and that I can kind of get behind. I think it's back to the drawing board on this one though.

the logo represent a burger
the name of the restaurant is FAST GOOD FOOD
the color of Fast is red like ketchup
i use the green bio for GOOD
and FOOD is the yellow of mustard
the line top and bottom is a bread

Relish is green. This looks like a ketchup, mustard, and relish sandwich.

If it represents a burger, maybe just make it a burger. Cut out the subtle reference and just go for it.

not a fan of the fonts and colors. the spacing between your text is way too close, i would add more spacing to let the design breathe.

you should maybe add something that makes the whole logo looks like...hey it's a place where they sell fast food...you know what i mean?
