Fête de la Musique

Hi guys!
Last Sunday was the Fête de la Musique (Music Day) in France and several other countries. Tis the day where bands play all day in the streets and bars, as I did with my band. I got inspired and came up with this.
This is all hand-lettered and digitalized.
Like my "fichtre", I'm not sure evrybody will read an F or a T in the first word.
Tell me what you guys think.

I always thought that musicians have an odd taste about visuals and this keeps the thought alive. The work you have done is at a very high standard of beautiness but the readability is somewhere between playful and frustrating regarding that "F". Otherwise, my hat off, sir.
Yep, my only major complaint is the "F". I read it as an abstract "T" first.
"De La" is also a bit too crowded. But nice overall work.
It's nice, but my concern is with the "F" I do not really see it.

Charlie, why " DE LA " is so small versus the other letters? Why " DE LA " is done in upper case versus the other letters? Why all three " e's " are done in lower case? As the whole - a composition is fine and, so, is idea, but there is no " F ". I was able to pick that french word because I studied french in Soviet Union, in my school. As it is - there I see a reversed " 1 " which , by the way goes nicely with that mark on top of " e ", but it is strange somehow...I love your attempt on letter " S " in " Musique " to tied that up with universal music symbol ( screpichnyi klych in Russian ) - my only concern is by cutting off a stem , it looks " J " now.Charlie, isn't " Music Day " suppose to be " Jour de la Musique " in French? I'm looking at the " M " and see a possibility of making a tiny lines up from each negative space to create a piano keys.Charlie, what if you can extend a stem from " F " all the way thru " M " and then curve that up a bit and your upper curve bring down to a top of " F "? I think that you should work more on this - it is not done, yet. Would like to see a complete one, okay? Now is this one took place in France , then red and blue must be the other colors to tell us about that. Good job.
now that's original and mega super sharp !!!! the only thing i would say is the F of fete looks like a t.
