Brief from client
Hi guys!
I've been doodling around this afternoon and came up with this. The word "fichtre", is an old-fashioned interjection that could be translated to "damn" or "blimey" in English.

Looks like an F to me, nice calligraphy.
I read " F " , Charlie , without any problems. Good work, nice composition! The only thing that I would want on this is to make letters more into a Gothic style.
Charlie, thank you for the other post - really appreciate that!
Charlie, what I might suggest - is to curve down a bit starting point of a middle bar , as you curve a bottom of the first letter. That would look much better in my humble opinion.
very well done, nice calligraphy although looks a little fatter than i would like, but this is a matter of style and taste.
I was quite certain it translated to an "F" word in English :)
Anyway, globally you have an interesting thing here. I'd probably make your underline relate more with the top curve. It looks a bit larger and not as elegant, if that makes sense.
Also, is it just me or should that underline have more breathing room with the lower curve of the "F?" The two are quite close to each other.
i like it but the letters aren't the letters too close from each other?
btw what do you think of lcd graphics tablets? and is the brand huion any good?
Cintiq tablets are great, nothing beats drawing straight on the screen. But these suckers are expensive. I didn't know about Huion tablets before. They look like a more affordable alternative to Wacom.
Charlie I need a, what do you recommend?
I've always been using my Intuos 4, but it's been 6 years now. In the meantime, new models got out, which I don't really know about. I'd love to put my hands on the Cintiq, but it's really pricey.
What you want though, is a tablet that can simulate stylus pressure and its inclination. My very first tablet didn't do that and I ditched it pretty quickly.
ok thanks Charlie.
