Sorry but this logo isn't really working for me. The first thing that strikes me is that it looks very dated. Complicated also, with two visually different elements. It almost look like two different logos stuck together.

That big over stylized X makes the whole thing super aggressive. That being said, it's cleverly done. But again, it looks dated also.

This is just my two cents, but I'm not sold on this logo.
